iC Helpdesk

To users, the iC Helpdesk is their first point of contact; providing advice, guidance, assistance and reassurance. Intelligent Counting’s innovative use of technology gives the iC Technical Services team the ability to remotely "see what the sensor sees" from the office, providing a valuable remote resource to undertake maintenance and issue resolution activities or quality assurance checks anywhere in the world.
The iC Helpdesk provides the Managed Service, ensuring that the iC VCS is available in an effective and timely manner. The iC Helpdesk also co-ordinates the activities of all other support services – from setting up new users and resolving user queries to diagnosing issues and dispatching equipment or resources to site.

We can answer questions about anything related to iC - whether you’re a support person with a technical question or a user wishing to have a guided tour of iC-Reports.
