Overview

The core Intelligent Counting team has been at the forefront of delivering Customer or People Counting Systems for over a decade. During this time the in-house sensor technology has evolved to improve accuracy and data integrity, with the interactive reporting software continually enhanced to meet new customer demands and exploit internet enabled access.

Much of our early work was directly with retailers (GAP, Nike, etc.) using customer count data to measure conversion rate performance in-store. To do this we had to meet strict accuracy targets of 95% plus, and have used this as a minimum performance measure ever since. The sensor consistently beats 95% accuracy in our clients’ diverse environments.
In addition to the sensor accuracy, we believe that Intelligent Counting has developed the most comprehensive set of software tools to manage installations remotely (resulting in faster fault diagnosis and fewer visits to site), ensure data is stored safely, and enable end users to run an array of reports.
Many of our customers, both in Retail and Leisure, have been using our systems and services for years, with key deliverables being consistently accurate data, flexible and accessible reporting, proactive and responsive support, and a professional partnership based relationship.
