Whilst our software and reporting tools are very user friendly we recognise you may want additional support from one of our specialists sometimes.

Our iC Helpdesk is able to provide support, diagnosis and issue resolution for you remotely. This includes changes to sensor configuration, reducing time, and the need for on site visits.

The Helpdesk is the hub of our managed service. We can provide you with the reassurance of knowing there is continuous remote monitoring of your system. We often identify issues before our clients even realise they exist. We can verify your data and reporting, and work with your team to create the specific information your organisation needs.

Our customer services and technical support is available from Monday to Friday 08.30 – 18.00, excluding bank holidays. We also offer a 24 hour hotline, accessible every day of the year.

We have a team of field engineers who not only complete your initial installation, but also provide follow up support and maintenance, when necessary.
